Conference of Transport union Leaders in Ogun State has hailed the Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun for several road projects he has done in the last three years.
Speaking during the inauguration of the Igan-Ishamurin- OdoShakiti road in Ago iwoye town, Ijebu North Local Government area of the State, the Treasurer of the body who also doubles as the State Chairman of ROMO, Alhaji Razak Shotayo commended the Governor for the laudable projects.
He said "This is one of the many laudable projects done by His Excellency and we are super grateful to him. We are grateful because as transporters, we are the first beneficiary of road projects in the state and anywhere."
The road which will serve as a link road to Ago Iwoye, Oru and Ijebu Igbo townships has been abandoned for over 30 years before the intervention of Prince Dapo Abiodun-led Administration
Alhaji Shotayo also gave his assurance on the commitment of the body to the reelection of the Gov for a second term.
"Who will not support Prince Dapo Abiodun for a second term? Am not sure any transporter in the state will not talk and do Governor to continue.
We as a body are ready and committed to the reelection of Gov Dapo Abiodun for the second term.
We will campaign and mobilize all our members across the state."
The inauguration has in attendance all Transportation union leaders and other representatives in the state.
